Christmas Ferns and Hollies. Meet at 10:00 am at the old range station. Parking fees will again be waived for those attending. Linda Alexander will help us identify any plants we may encounter on our walk along the back trails of the park. Pray for a nice warm day.
The next Walk and Talk will be March 19 at 10 am at the Old Ranger Station, Pavilion 3. Trecia Neal, Fernbank Science Center in Atlanta, will talk about the migratory Monarch butterflies ecology and habitat. After the presentation, there will be a short, informal hike. The parking fee will be exempt for those attending this event.
Saturday, April 16, 2016, 9 am. Spring wildflower hike, led by Mike and Gina Strickland. Meet in the parking lot of the old ranger station in McIntosh Reserve.
