Saturday, June 17, 9am: FOMR Walk and Talk at McIntosh Reserve Park, Pavilion 3. John Jensen, Senior Wildlife Biologist with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, will give a short presentation on reptiles found in the Chattahoochee River, followed by a short hike along the river to view basking turtles and watersnakes. A spotting scope will be available, but participants are encouraged to bring binoculars. Parking fees will be waived for program participants.
