Informal Hike and Work Day

Now that we have completed routing signs for the park trails, it is time to locate and mark the access points where these signs will be installed. For Saturday, JUNE 8th’s Informal Hike, it is proposed to visit each of the sites, obtain GPS locations and install temporary markers. Please pass the word along to anyone who would like to join us. Weather allowing, we will meet at the Old Ranger Station at 10:00 am. and walk back towards the entry station.

Remember to bring your yearly pass for Carroll County parks. The county website notes that annual passes may be purchased at any county park for $50.00 and may be used at any county park. Senior rates are available to those 62 + with ID.
